Guidelines for Virtual Conferencing

The Conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
Each company will be assigned to a virtual meeting room and investors will be invited to join certain meetings according to their meeting schedules. Every registered person will receive a meeting schedule including an access link to the respective web conference room(s) and will be able to join the assigned sessions. Each session will be hosted and moderated by an Erste employee to ensure everything runs smoothly.
In addition to this virtual company meeting rooms, there will be a day-long session (chat) with Erste staff members and a technician for any question or enquiry which may come up. The link to this "virtual welcome desk" will also be shown in each personal meeting schedule. Just click on it and we are at your disposal.
Prerequisites
Each participant needs a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone with internet access. Furthermore, microphone, loud speaker or headset. Web cams are voluntary.
It is possible to open the links to the virtual meeting room(s) in your browser (Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer). In case you are using an iPad or iPhone, you have to download the app because Safari does not support MS Teams. Firefox is also not supported.
Please choose always the option “Join on the Web instead” – even if you are using MS Teams in your company. Afterwards you will be asked to enter your guest name. All guest participants will be assigned to a waiting room and the meeting host will let you into the virtual meeting room on time.
To be on the safe side, we offer 15min rehearsals. If you are interested in such a practice run-trough, please write an email to events@erstegroup.com.
Meeting Etiquette
Our virtual one-on-one meetings will start and end according to the planned time schedule. Each meeting will last 45 minutes. Therefore, the hosts from Erste will gently interrupt speakers when they exceed their time limit.
