Hans BUYSSE
EFRAG Administrative Board President
Hans Buysse is the Managing Partner of Clairfield Belgium, the Belgian partner firm of Clairfield International, a worldwide corporate finance firm that provides advisory services, mainly in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, to both international corporations and family-owned enterprises across an array of industries.
Hans is Chairman of the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts, President of the EFRAG Administrative Board, EFFAS Executive Management Committee member, vice-chairman of XBRL Europe, and ACIIA Council member. He has been member of the Consultative Working Group (CWG) of the Corporate Reporting Standard Committee (CRSC) of ESMA and Vice-Chairman and member of the EFRAG (Financial Reporting) Board.
Hans Buysse holds a masters degree in applied economics, specialised in finance, a masters degree in management and a degree in tax. He is a Certified European Financial Analyst (FSA accredited). |

Friedrich MOSTBÖCK

Friedrich Mostboeck is a graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and holds the EFFAS CEFA® and CESGA® diplomas. He is responsible for macro/fixed income, credit and equity analysis in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania and Austria. In addition, his division is responsible for the investment strategy, which mainly provides the input for Erste Group's asset allocation. Mr. Mostboeck has many years of experience in dealing with globally active institutional investors, especially those investing in Central and Eastern Europe.
He is President of the OVFA (Austrian Association for Financial Analysis and Asset Management, www.ovfa.at) and Deputy Chairman of EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies, www.effas.com), the umbrella organization of all analyst associations with 17,000 members in Europe. He is a founding member of the "Austrian Working Group for Corporate Governance" (www.corporate-governance.at) and was also Chairman of the "EFFAS Commission on ESG" (Environmental, Social and Governance Issues) for many years, where he is still an active member. He is the author of numerous books and regularly publishes articles in financial publications and journals. He has written articles on capital markets in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as on corporate governance, ESG and corporate responsibility. |

Werner Stockreiter has been with PwC since 2005, Territory Assurance Leader and member of the Management Board of PwC Austria. Mr. Stockreiter is a tax consultant and auditor and has extensive experience in managing audits of large international companies in various industries with a focus on financial services. In addition, Mr. Stockreiter led a number of non-audit projects in various areas, including IFRS advisory projects, M&A (due diligence), capital markets transaction support, internal control and risk management. |

Sven GENTNER
Head of unit for corporate reporting, audit and credit rating agencies, DG FISMA, European Commission
Sven Gentner is the head of unit for corporate reporting, audit and credit rating agencies in the European Commission’s directorate-general for financial stability, financial services and capital markets union.
Sven joined the European Commission in 2004 and has served in various positions in its Brussels headquarters and abroad. From 2004-2006 he was responsible for the coordination of the EU-US Financial Markets Regulatory Dialogue, in 2006 he served as a member of the private office (cabinet) of the Commissioner responsible for the Internal Market, from 2007-2011 he was executive assistant to the director general of Directorate General Internal Market and Services with special responsibility for financial services. In 2011 he was seconded to the African Union Commission in Addis Ababa to advise the AUC on building an African internal market. From 2012 to 2013 he was head of unit for human resources and planning in DG Internal Market and Services. From 2013 to 2015, Sven was a counsellor in the Economic and Financial Affairs Section of the Delegation of the European Union to the United States. He dealt with EU-US regulatory issues and TTIP negotiations in financial services. From 2015 to 2021 he headed DG FISMA’s unit in charge of asset management.
Sven started his professional career in the private sector where he worked for an insurance company.
Sven holds masters degrees in economics from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt, and the University of York, UK. |

Sean Kidney is CEO of the Climate Bonds Initiative, an international NGO working to mobilize global capital for climate action. He oversees green bond development programs on six continents; green definitions development by governments ranging from the European Commission to Chile & Singapore; and policy development for capital mobilization. Sean is also a Professor in Practice at SOAS University of London and an expert advisor to governments around the world. |

Szilvia Golya is a senior consultant at OTP Bank’s Green Program Directorate. Studied at the Budapest Corvinus University and the Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris. She started her professional carrier as an engineer, than worked at General Electric as project and portfolio manager in business process management. She joined the OTP Bank in 2020, where she works as senior consultant and responsible for the management of the bank's ESG initiatives and supports the bank’s ESG business transformation.

Gergely Pókos is the executive director of the OTP Bank’s Green Program Directorate. Studied at the Budapest University of Economics and at the London Business School. After that he worked as a consultant for Mckinsey & Company, then as a deputy CEO for Bonafarm Group, which is the largest agricultural company group in the Central and Eastern European region. He joined OTP Bank in 2021, where, among other things, he is responsible for the bank’s ESG business transformation. He is married, father of two daughters. |

Patrick DE CAMBOURG
EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board Chair
Patrick de Cambourg is the Chair of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board since November 2022.
Between 2015 and November 2022, he was President of the Autorité des rude comptables (ANC), the French accounting standard-setting Public Authority. As such, he was also a member of the Boards of Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), Autorité de contrôle rudential et de Résolution (ACPR), CNOCP and a member of the Haut Conseil de Stabilité Financière.
Patrick, a graduate from Sciences Po Paris, holds degrees in public and business law and has a Bachelor of Arts. As chartered accountant and auditor, he spent his entire career within the Mazars Group, successively as junior, manager, partner and senior partner (1983-2014). Since late 2014, he is Honorary President of the Mazars Group. |

Kasper Hanus, Ph.D.
Senior Sustainability Manager, Franklin Templeton Fixed Income
Kasper Hanus joined Franklin Templeton in April of 2021 and is the senior sustainability manager for the Franklin Templeton Fixed Income team. Dr. Hanus is based in Cieszyn, Poland and is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies for global and European funds, including those participating in Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) article 8 and 9 categories.
Prior to his employment at Franklin Templeton, Dr. Hanus was a research fellow at the Institute of Mediterranean and Oriental Cultures of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has over a decade of experience in sustainability and resilience studies, and collaborated with leading American, British, and Australian universities including Harvard, the University of Durham, and the University of Sydney.
Dr. Hanus holds a doctoral degree awarded by Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, based on his dissertation exploring links between water management and political power in ancient Inner Asia, and a Master and Bachelor of Arts from Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He is a member of Cieszyn-Mnisztwo Volunteer Fire Department. |

Elisabeth VAN LAERE
Head of CRA Unit, European Securities and Markets Authority
Elisabeth heads the CRA Unit within ESMA and is responsible for the registration, ongoing supervision and policy making of CRAs within Europe. In particular, Elisabeth and her team supervise EU-registered CRAs in line with ESMA’s risk-based, outcome-focused and data-driven approach. Her unit has also been actively involved in various international workstreams and ongoing policy discussions related to sustainable finance including ESG. Before joining ESMA, Elisabeth was based in Singapore where she was leading the operations of the non-profit Credit Research Initiative established by the National University of Singapore. Elisabeth has a PhD in Finance from the Catholic University of Leuven and has written several policy reports and scientific articles in various areas of finance. |

Carmen MUÑOZ

Carmen Munoz is Managing Director and the Global Head of Resources at Sustainable Fitch. An important part of her time is spent ensuring that the Sustainable Fitch’s Analytical and Research Teams have the necessary tools to effectively carry out their jobs and to help contribute towards making ESG Ratings consistent and comparable across asset classes and jurisdictions.
Before this, she formed part of Fitch Ratings’ Structured Finance and Covered Bonds Enhanced Analytics team and participated in creating the methodology used to assign ESG Relevance Scores related to credit ratings. She began her career at Fitch Ratings, leading the Financial Institutions rating team for Spanish banks, while also rating bank and non-bank financial institutions internationally.
She is a firm believer of the value of training, having delivered courses internally as well as Corporate Governance and credit ratings sessions at the Financial Stability Institute in Switzerland. |

Willem leads the Corporate Solutions methodology team at Morningstar Sustainalytics. Based in Frankfurt, he oversees development and maintenance of new and existing methodologies designed for corporate clients. Since joining the company in Amsterdam in 2015, he has worked with institutional investors and corporates, providing advisory and insights to sustainability teams and executives on a wide range of ESG topics. Before joining Morningstar Sustainalytics, he worked as a strategy consultant and researcher focusing on sustainable business models, after completing traineeships at the European Parliament and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He holds a master’s degree in International Relations (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam. |

Marcus Wadsak
Head of the ORF TV Weather Department
Marcus Wadsak was born on 5 October 1970 in Vienna, Austria. He studied meteorology at the University of Vienna and began his career as a weather forecaster at ORF in 1995.
Initially working for the radio, he became the weather presenter of the biggest morning show, the 'Ö3-Wecker', for many years. In 2004, he also became a TV weather presenter, where he still presents the weather forecast in the evening news, reaching more than 1 million people every day.
Since 2014, he has been the head of the ORF TV weather department and is responsible for coordinating the ORF weather.
He has been a member of the Climate Broadcasters Network - Europe since 2007 and is a founding member of Climate without Borders. He is also an ambassador for the European Climate Pact.
Marcus Wadsak has been named Journalist of the Year 2019 and 2021 in the Science category.
In 2020, he wrote a book on climate change that became a bestseller in Austria. |
